Roaring 20s revving up for July 13-15 vintage car event
Parade to be held Friday, car show goes Saturday and Sunday
Yarmouth streets will be filled with beautiful, unique, crazy and fun vehicles the weekend of July 13-15 during the annual Yarmouth Car Show, organized by the Roaring 20s Antique Auto Club.
Last year the club decided to add an extra day onto the formerly one-day event to give visitors more time to see everything.
The vehicles also provide excitement on Friday night before the Saturday and Sunday show by driving a U-shaped parade route down Main and Water streets.
Spokesman Brent Bullerwell says the club is ready for overflow.
“We can’t wait to get people here enjoying it and are looking forward to what this year might have in store for us.”

“The last two years we’ve had about 600 vehicles in attendance so we’re hoping to have similar numbers this year,” he said.
“We’d have to get quite a lot before we wouldn’t be able to accommodate them. We always hope for a little bit of growth, which may happen seeing as it’s a two-day event this year.”
Bullerwell says the last couple of years is the first they’ve seen people driving three and four hours just to see the show.
“It’s kind of exciting to see that happen,” he said.
“We can’t wait to get people here enjoying it and are looking forward to what this year might have in store for us. We’re praying for good weather.”
