Bluenose II visits region

The province’s sailing ambassador Bluenose II visited the re- gion last week with visits to West Pubnico and Shelburne.

In West Pubnico people could do deck tours of the Bluenose II. In Shelburne there were deck tours and public sailings. An outboard boat passes by Bluenose II as she makes her way into Pubnico Harbour on Sept. 5 during a visit to the region last week. A Bluenose II crewmember has an engaging conversation with some people touring the deck while berthed at the Dennis Point wharf in Lower West Pubnico.

People explore the deck of Bluenose II during the visit to Dennis Point wharf. People were able to do the same when the vessel visited Shelburne.
