TRURO – It was an even matchup in Bible Hill-Truro Mosquito Baseball League action Tuesday as MacQuarrie’s shaded C&J Plumbing 8-7. For MacQuarrie’s, Brett Murphy had a single and a run, True Field had an RBI single and Isaac Crowe went 3-for-3 at the plate. For C&J, Mason Trask had a hit and two runs, with Spencer Carlisle and Logan Reid each adding a double and a run. In other action, Fundy Textiles beat the Bible Hill Firefighters 16-6. Quinn Hayden, Callum McClellan and Eli James each went 4-for-4 at the plate for Fundy.
