Salmon River man guilty of death threat

TRURO – A Salmon River man will be sentenced Feb. 1 after pleading guilty in provincial court to uttering a death threat against a woman. Ryan Alexander Currie, 21, of Harmony Road, also pled guilty to possessing a knife for a dangerous purpose. Currie was directed by the court to attend probation services following his hearing on Wednesday.
