CCRSB accepting applications for French immersion

TRURO – The Chignecto-Central Regional School Board (CCRSB) is now accepting applications for students interested in enrolling in early French immersion, which is offered at Truro Elementary School.

A background in French is not necessary and information packages (including application forms) are available at Truro Elementary, the CCRSB office on Lorne Street, and at daycares throughout the region. Information can also be downloaded from the CCRSB website at www.ccrsb.ca/optional-french-programs (choose “Information Sessions & Application Forms”). The application deadline is Feb. 3, 2017. Optional French program information sessions for parents and guardians are on hold until further notice.
