Breathalyzer fail results in probation
TRURO – A Debert man was placed on 12 months’ probation and given a curative discharge following a previous guilty plea for failing the breathalyzer. Michael Otis Sullivan, 54, of Plains Road, who pled guilty to the charge last March, also had his driving privileges revoked for two years. His probation conditions include not consuming or possessing alcohol, taking counselling as directed by his probation supervisor for alcohol consumption. Sullivan must also successfully take counselling for mental health issues and career and educational advancement.
