Bible Hill woman handed conditional discharge

TRURO, N.S. – A Bible Hill woman who continued to contact a man while knowing he was being harassed was given a conditional discharge and placed on probation for 12 months. Theresa Lorraine Hill, 42, pled guilty to the offence, which dated to between Feb. 24 and May 2, 2016.

As part of her probation conditions, Hill was ordered to successfully take counselling for mental health issues and is banned from having any contact with her complainant.
