Strawberry Banana Cricket Powder Smoothies

Ingredient­s:

1 ripe banana, sliced

1 Cup (250 ml) frozen PC Whole Strawberri­es

1 Cup (250 ml) PC Strawberry Kefir Probiotic 2% M.F. Yogurt

1 tbsp (15 ml) PC 100% Cricket Powder

Pinch (0.5 ml) cinnamon

Directions:

1. Combine banana, frozen strawberri­es, yogurt, cricket powder and cinnamon in blender. Blend until smooth.

Chef’s Tip:

Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Serves 2.

200 calories, fat 3g (2g of which is saturated), sodium 65 mg, carbohydra­te 38 g, fibre 3 g, sugars 26 g, protein 8 g
