Macphee, Wolfe lead Macquarries to victory

Jack Macphee knocked out a triple and a pair of singles as MacQuarries Pharmasave downed Markie Bus Tours 13-2 in the mosquito division of the Bible Hill- Truro Mosquito Baseball League.

Ethan Wolfe added a single, triple and a walk for the winners. For Markie, Kasey Macswain stroked two doubles and walked and William Pictou singled and doubled.

Brayden Doran pitched two shutout innings for Macquarries, while Meika Martin and William Pictou took the mound for Markie.

In other action, the Bible Hill Kinsmen blanked Classic Rentals 6-0. Lucas Dean and Dawson Drummond pitched and combined for the shutout.
