CEC students honoured during Achievement Night
Cobequid Educational centre held its annual Achievement Night Awards celebration recently. CEC Achievement Awards recognize students who have contributed to various aspects of student life while maintaining creditable academic standing.
Students who maintain a commendable academic record throughout the year and have satisfactory attendance, while accumulating four or more participation points are eligible for an Achievement Award. Students who receive an award in each of their three years at CEC will receive a Distinction Award plaque in their graduating year.
As well, there is recognition for international students, honour students who have achieved academic recognition in externally administered mathematics, chemistry and physics competitions, and a few special awards for Grade 10, 11 and 12 students.
