FULTON, Dianne Elizabeth – 75, Truro, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 12, 2018, at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.

Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late John “Jack” and Helen (Martin) Forbes.

Dianne was a member of Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. She was a former employee of Colchester Regional Hospital from where she retired and was a member of Truro Bridge

Club where she enjoyed playing with the Wednesday afternoon group.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Gerald Lloyd “Jerry” Fulton; sons, Andrew (Rena) Fulton, Ottawa; Michael Fulton ( Luc Boudreault), Gatineau, Quebec; grandsons, Caleb and Keegan Fulton; sister, Catherine “Kaye” Macdonald, Edmonton, Alberta; brother, John “Jack” (Mildred “Millie”) Forbes, Glen Arbor, Halifax County; many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was predecease­d by her brother, William “Bill” Forbes.

Special thanks are extended to the Fleury family, VON and the Palliative Care Team, especially Dr. David Henderson, Dr. Cortney Smith and Lisa Weatherbee.

Arrangemen­ts have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where Dianne’s family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m., Thursday, March 15, 2018. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2:30 p.m., Friday, March 16, 2018, at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 669 Prince Street, Truro, Father Cristinel Fartadi officiatin­g. Reception will follow in Campbell Hall. Spring interment in Bible Hill Cemetery, Warren Drive, Bible Hill. Family flowers only.
