July-august – Book Bingo Adult Summer Reading Program: Play bingo by reading library books. It’s easy, pick up a bingo card at the library, complete a line or four corners to be entered in a draw for a prize.

Pride Swag Party
July 13 – all ages – 10 a.m.-noon Macquarrie Maker Lab or 1-4 p..m. Teresa Mantin Maker Space – need some swag for the Pride parade, make rainbow buttons, accessories and more. While supplies last.
Scrabble
July 16 – adults – 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. – Non-competitive Scrabble games, a rotation each game. Dictionaries and cheat sheets are permitted.

Quill Medallion Workshop
July 17 – Ages 8-plus – 1-4 p.m. - Mi’kmaq Birch Bark Quill Medallion Workshop; learn to make an authentic Mi’kmaq Birch Bark Quill Medallion with Crystal Gloade, a Millbrook First Nation Artist. Registration required. Limit 20.

Police Station Tour and Storytime
July 18 – ages 5-plus – 10:30 a.m.noon – join the Truro Police at the library for a story time, followed by a police station tour and a K9 demonstration.
Life-size Clue
July 18 – ages 13-18 – step into a larger than life Clue game played at the second floor of the library.
Origami
