• Chase the Ace — At the Black River Community Hall, 989 Deep Hollow Rd. This is held the first and third Saturdays of the month. Ticket sales are from 6- 7: 45 p. m. with the draw at 8 p. m. Three tickets cost $ 5. Canteen available.
• Hike — Join the Nova Scotia Nature Trust and the Town of Wolfville for a guided Moonlit Snowshoe Hike from 7: 30– 9 p. m. at the Wolfville Watershed Nature Preserve. Forest Hill Road, Gaspereau ( which is 10 minutes outside Wolfville). Space is limited and registration in advance is required. Register for one event only. To register: nature@ nsnt. ca or 902- 425- 5263. Participants must bring their own snowshoes. This event is weather- and snowdependent.
