Kings RCMP investigat­ing Port Pub break-in

Police are looking for informatio­n that could help with an investigat­ion regarding a recent break-in at the Port Pub Bistro.

Nova Scotia RCMP spokespers­on Cpl. Dal Hutchinson said the incident occurred overnight March 8.

“A window was damaged as a result of the break and enter,” said Hutchinson. An undisclose­d amount of cash and liquor was stolen from the business located on Terry’s Creek Road, Hutchinson said.

The search for suspects continues. “RCMP is asking anyone with any informatio­n regarding this investigat­ion to contact Kings District RCMP,” said Hutchinson.
