It’s a re­peat win for Cliff Leir’s stel­lar Agrius, which brings amélange of el­e­ments—great bak­ery, killer cock­tails and laser fo­cus of lo­ca­vorism—and serves them up in the cap­i­tal city’s swanki­est room. Tak­ing Sil­ver is Ku­nal Ghose’s two-lo­ca­tion Fish­hook, where the chef con­tin­ues his mas­tery of all things seafood at an ap­proach­able price point. And ul­tra­quaint QuadraStreet gem Part and Par­cel takes Bronze with its low-key but se­ri­ous food vibe.
