RIHANNA ROCKS ROGERS ARENA
Pop superstar Rihanna performs at Rogers Arena tonight. The concert is the 27th on the singer’s 73-date North American and European tour, which is sponsored by tech manufacturer Samsung. Rihanna’s latest album Anti made waves earlier this year when it was leaked ahead of its full release on streaming service Tidal, which is also being sued for its handling of the “exclusive” access to Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo. Still, Anti was well received critically and is considered a deeper, more serious Rihanna album than previous efforts, and it eventually topped the Billboard and Canadian charts, becoming Rihanna’s fifth number-one album in Canada.
