MOTHER MOTHER: NO CULTURE TOUR

In a rave review of last week’s Toronto concert, Exclaim! notes that from Mother Mother’s first song, Free from new album No Culture, the band “immediately had the audience in its thrall.” It’s not surprising, since the album is easily their most bombastic yet. Expect the power pop band to mix new tunes with hits and fun jams (one bridge mutated into Motorhead’s Ace of Spades), and to be in a celebratory mood: these are the final shows of a lengthy Canadian tour.
