Another key to success was input from locals. “Throughout the design process we held open houses to gain feedback from the community,” said Brückner. “We embraced this feedback and were delighted to see the community positively respond to the introduction of this development.”
NEIGHBOURHOOD
For decades, White Rock has been a lure for vacationers, beach enthusiasts, filmmakers – and of course residents seeking a special lifestyle while retaining easy accessibility to Vancouver.
Because of White Rock’s distance from the Coast Mountains, it sees less fog, fewer rainy days, shorter snowfalls – and is often two to three degrees warmer than neighbourhoods to the north.
