Bertrand Creek’s stylish new show home offers preview of possibilities
The doors have opened to a stylish new show home at Bertrand Creek, with the final release of residences in the Aldergrove community set for today.
The new display home is a 3,000-square-foot single-family residence with three bedrooms upstairs alongside a fireside lounge or flex room.
Bertrand Creek, a project from Epic Homes, comprises 61 threeand four-bedroom homes on a 20acre site at 28th Avenue and 276th Street.
The final 10 homes will be released at noon. All are the Bertrand model — the same as the show home — and all are located on a cul-de-sac backing on to green space.
The new display home, the work of designer Leanne Leon of E2 Homes Ltd., showcases a kitchen with quartz counters, a quartztopped island and a Frigidaire appliance package, as well as wood laminate flooring, 10-foot-high ceilings and a five-piece ensuite with a free-standing soaker tub and frameless glass shower.
Outside, the Bertrand Creek homes have Craftsman-style architecture with covered front porches and ledgestone detailing.
The show home is also fitted with a one-bedroom suite, an option on offer to buyers. As well, buyers can choose to have the upstairs lounge finished as a fourth bedroom.
“Some of our buyers have also had us finish that fourth bedroom as a home office,” reports Epic Homes sales coordinator Janine Mackie.
The show home is located at 2687 — 275A Street, beside Shortreed elementary school. It is open from noon to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, and noon to 6 p.m. on weekends.
