Final collection of single-family homes at the Sullivan Ridge master-planned community to go on sale April 14
At some point, young professionals and those with children will need to sell their starter homes and upgrade to larger accommodations, but it’s no secret that it’s virtually impossible to find a new single-family dwelling in a decent neighbourhood for a reasonable cost in Metro Vancouver.
But Hillcrest by Marathon Homes Ltd.’s collection of 30 single-family homes in the Sullivan Ridge neighbourhood of Surrey is a unique exception to the rule. The majority of them will be ready for occupancy by this summer and fall and we don’t see them lasting long,” says Stylianou.
