Police seek suspect after woman’s cellphone taken

Police are looking for the person who allegedly took a cellphone from a woman’s hand after a short struggle in Kitchener on Friday afternoon. The 22-year-old woman was walking in the area of Ardelt Avenue and Lennox Lewis Way around 12:50 p.m. when the male approached her. He was last seen running in the area of Hanson Avenue and Courtland Avenue. He is described as a man in his late teens or early 20 with dark skin and a thin build.
