The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children are enchanted Thursday with an entertainer. The party in Victoria was for children of military personnel serving away. The royals conclude their one-week Canadian tour Friday, after having visited the Yukon, toured First Nations and getting in a little hiking.
