It’s a game-day decision whether Watkins plays for Bills

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan isn’t yet ready to rule out Sammy Watkins from playing at New England on Sunday after the receiver missed his second straight practice on Thursday because of a sore left foot. Ryan doesn’t expect Watkins to practise Friday either, and says the plan is to see how Watkins feels on Sunday before determining if he’ll play in the National Football League contest. The starter has been out since last week when a teammate stepped on his surgically repaired foot during a walk-through.
