Auburn Developments’ innovative Barrel Yards community continues to bring a new level of sophisticated, modern living to Uptown Waterloo. Already the four star Delta Waterloo, Proof Kitchen + Lounge, The Onyx, and The Cooperage have been built, with townhouses, retail and office space and a park.

Three distinctive live/work brownstone suites are also available in The Cooperage. Pricing starts at $3675 per month, which includes commercial space and approximately 700 square feet of office space. The Cooperage additionally offers fully furnished executive suites available for short term rental with a minimum stay of three months. These one bedroom plus den and two bedroom plus den suites have been so popular that Auburn Developments is planning to add more suites. These executive suites also have full access to all of The Cooperage’s amenities offering an array of amenities very similar to The Onyx’s.
