261 Hespeler Rd. An 8-acre parcel of land, also known as the Grand River Flea Market. It could cost the city between $4.5 million and $5.3 million to purchase. The former landfill behind the flea market is already owned by the city.

220 Pinebush Rd. It could cost the city between $10.5 million and $12.3 million for 23.4 acres.

112 Pinebush Rd. More accurately known as 0 Pinebush Rd. Located next to 112 Pinebush Rd. Close to the Cambridge Smart Centres. May cost between $26.6 million and $36.3 million for 24.2 acres.

Franklin Boulevard at Savage Drive Corner lot. Estimated to cost $5.2 million to $7.2 million for 20.7 acres.
