Pregnant woman assaulted in road rage incident

A pregnant woman was assaulted in a road rage incident in the Preston area on Friday. Waterloo Regional Police say they were called to the intersection of Mildred and Church streets at about 9:30 a.m., after two drivers in separate vehicles got into an argument. A 27-year-old female passenger in one vehicle was assaulted. A 56-year-old Cambridge man was arrested. He is charged with assault and two counts of uttering threats.
