PET OF THE WEEK

Duggan, a 12-year-old collie-shepherd, is a survivor of the Katrina, Louisiana, floods and adopted through the Cambridge Humane Society 10 years ago. This smart canine loves kids of all ages, especially babies. Duggan has brought much happiness to the Boutcher family of Waterloo.
