When George Mouradian founded Ridgeview Homes in 1997, he knew two things: he loved to build homes, and it was time for him to establish himself as an expert in the area.

In the twenty years that have passed since George first started, his love of and expertise in building have grown with every home he has helped create.

Averaging fifty homes a year, George is active in building each one, overseeing every step on a daily basis to build something both he and his customers are proud of.

“I treat every home as if it was my own residence to live in, starting from the initial design to completion,” George says.

“If I do not like a design, I won’t draw it; if I don’t believe in a product’s performance, I won’t use it; if I don’t like the location of the lot, I won’t buy it or build on it.”

While George plays an integral role in Ridgeview Homes’ success, he won’t take all of the credit: “My staff are a big part of the success at Ridgeview Homes, and I proudly say I have the best team anyone can ask for. Everyone comes into each project with passion and pride.”
