Predators even record by beating visiting Wildcats
WATERLOO — A.J. KlimmRuge rushed for a pair of touchdowns to the lead the Waterloo Region Predators to a 40-23 win over the Cornwall Wildcats in Ontario Varsity Football League play Sunday at Warrior Field. He finished the day with 83 yards on 17 carries as the Predators improved to 3-3. Quarterback Matthew Dahmer, who rushed for one touchdown, connected on 10 of 25 passes for 166 yards and threw a 64-yard TD strike to Bryce Scarrow. Michael Perak intercepted a pair of passes and returned one for a score. The Predators are back in action Sunday night on the road against the Oshawa Hawkeyes (3-3).
