Planning a Christmas tea or bazaar? Send us the details

It’s time to submit your Christmas teas and bazaars. We help local community churches and nonprofit groups with their fundraising by running a page of Christmas tea and bazaar events. If your group is planning such an event, send us your information. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: FRIDAY, OCT. 6. Email christmasbazaars@therecord.com or post your event at www.therecord.com/waterlooregion-events, or mail to Christmas Bazaars, Waterloo Region Record, 160 King St. E., Kitchener, Ont. N2G 4E5, or send by fax: 519-894-3829. Listings are free, but must be submitted by the deadline. Please include:

•Name of event

•Name of group organizing bazaar

•Brief description of special features

•Date, times and venue location for bazaar, admission cost

•Contact name and number. The list will be published in the Waterloo Region Record one day only, on Thursday, Oct. 19. Publication on this feature page can’t be guaranteed for late submissions. Listings will also appear on our website: www.therecord.com/waterlooregionevents
