Amazon reviewing Weinstein projects in wake of allegations

A pair of high-profile projects being produced by The Weinstein Co. for Amazon Prime may be jeopardy. Amazon Entertainment communications head Craig Berman said his company is reviewing its options for its projects in the works with The Weinstein Co. in the wake of sexual harassment allegations against its ousted co-founder, Harvey Weinstein. One is “The Romanoffs,” an eight-part anthology series being written and directed by Matthew Weiner, who created “Mad Men.” The other is an as-yet-untitled drama series to star Robert De Niro and Julianne Moore.
