Looking for hands-on experience working in health care? Join the team at Parkwood Mennonite Home as a Volunteer Exercise Assistant. You will work alongside physiother­apy and restorativ­e care specialist­s, helping seniors maintain or increase their range of motion and muscle strength, enhance social skills and provide fun through exercise. Have some fitness experience already? Ask about our Fitness Centre Supervisor volunteer position. Weekday and some weekend daytime positions available. • The Volunteer Action Centre is recruiting post-secondary students and young profession­als to support our upcoming EPYC2018: Building Community events for teens (April 21 and May 5; and April 22 and May 6). Volunteers work with a group of four to five teens over the course of two events to bring passion to activities, knowledge to discussion­s and life to the overall event.

We hope to have a volunteer base that reflects the diversity of our teen participan­ts. You can make an impact.
