Activa: Doon South
As spring arrives Activa is issuing their newest release in Kitchener’s popular Doon South community. This area is defined by environmentally protected woodland sand green spaces interspersed with an array of walking trails and scenic corridors, allowing you to take in nature as it blossoms before your eyes. Driving along secluded roads amid scenic surroundings disguises the fact that this established neighbourhood is just minutes away from 401 access and within walking distance to the new Groh Public School. There is only one of the bright end unit Millriver models left and although the overall design is similar to the Autumnhill, square footage is slightly larger at 1,374 with pricing starting at $434,900. Condo fees are a low $195 per month for all units. A limited number of semis, located on Blair Creek Drive, are also ready for purchase. The main difference between the left side Oakland and the right side Wintercrest is on the second floor where both models have an upper level lounge, but the Oakland has 4 bedrooms, while the 3 bedroom Wintercrest has rooms with larger dimensions. Depending on the elevation, square footage ranges from 2,266 to 2,286 square feet. Both semis have a base price of $589,900.
