Man charged after spitting on bus driver

Police have charged a 21-year-old Kitchener man for spitting on a bus driver. On Dec. 13, a man boarded a Grand River Transit bus at Fairview Park Mall and spit on the driver, police said in a news release. Police said the suspect was identified and charged with assault. He is scheduled to appear in court in May.
