Living in Kitchener-Waterloo for over 30 years, he has extensive knowledge about many neighbourhoods. He gives his real estate clients the advantage of a profound insight and familiarity with the Region’s unique neighbourhoods and corresponding amenities, as well as urban area and green spaces. Andrew has comprehensive experience working with clients in private residences, schools, post-secondary institutions, as well as many local businesses.

Andrew spent most of his life working with the clientele of the successful Party Rental company his Grandfather founded in 1979. The family business had deep roots in the community, and from a very young age Andrew was taught the significance of hard work, loyalty and enthusiasm. He brings these principles to his career in Real Estate, along with valuable experience working with individuals and organizations on some of the most meaningful and important events they’ve hosted.
