Waterloo Region election forums
Municipal election forums:
Oct. 3, Oct. 10
The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario-Waterloo Region is sponsoring all-candidates meetings in the Waterloo Region District School Board elections. These events are open to the public, and trustee candidates are invited to the session in the city in which they are running. Rather than a formal debate, the format will allow people to engage with candidates through small-group discussions. Candidates will rotate every five minutes to a different table, and participants will be encouraged to ask questions on topics important to them.
Kitchener trustees, Oct. 3, from 7 to 9 p.m., Forest Heights Community Centre
Cambridge trustees, Oct. 10, from 7 to 9 p.m., Cambridge City Hall (Bowman Room A)
