In a nutshell

For about three years, Waterloo has been able to sample some of Shaanxi’s popular street food at Rock Paper Scissors. There’s a range of flavours, but many dishes feature signature vinegary-salty-fiery tastes. Handmade noodle dishes can feature lamb, pork or seafood. Change is in the air, but for now we can have a tasty sample of northwest China.
