We love the trend of greenery and plants incorporated into the design of a lot of the restaurants that have opened in the last little while— like all of the terrariums that are in Bridgette Bar. Such a nice touch—feels a bit like home!
Alberta is finally having its microbrewery moment. We fell behind because, despite having very lax liquor laws, strict production laws stifled brewers. Since changing the rules in the number of microbreweries has tripled.
