Savoury sauces jazz up lean meat

Our pork souvlaki pitas will be a hit with your family this barbecue season. Simply marinate the pork overnight in a tasty mix of lemon juice, olive oil, honey, oregano and garlic, and dinner can be ready in less than 30 minutes.

For something a little more refined, try our pork tenderloin forestière.

Juicy tenderloin medallions are served in a rich gravy flavoured with mushrooms, shallots and tarragon.

Give pork chops another chance with our mustard wine sauce. Bone-in chops are thicker, decreasing the chance of overcookin­g.
