Police seek trio in stolen car crash

-

Windsor police are looking for a male driver and two female passengers who left a stolen car stuck in the wall of a building in the city’s east end over the weekend. Police were called 8:45 p.m. Saturday about a collision in the 4400 block of Wyandotte St. E. They found a silver Pontiac Grand Prix partly embedded in the wall of a building. A motorist told police said he saw the car heading north on Ellrose Avenue when it pulled out in front of him, ignoring the stop sign, resulting in a collision and the car crashing into the wall. The witness saw three people get out of the car and flee. The male driver was white, his early 20s, with a shaved head, wearing light-coloured clothes and a baseball hat. One of the females was white, in her early 20s, about five-footeight, with long dark hair. She was wearing a black sweater.
