Ex-fire chief faces more sex charges

Former Kingsville fire chief Bob Kissner is facing added charges of sexual exploitation and sexual assault involving another alleged victim, the Ontario Provincial Police announced Monday. The incidents are alleged to have taken place in 2015 when the victim was 16 years old. Kissner, who was first arrested in December, is facing 17 charges involving eight alleged victims. The 60-year-old former fire chief was initially charged in relation to alleged contact with a teenage boy. Then police heard from other complainants.
