RECYCLING PICKUPS CANCELLED

For the second consecutive week, all curbside recycling pickups in Windsor have been cancelled as the city focuses on post-flood debris cleanup. Yard waste pickup, bulk furniture collection and street-sweeping operations have also been suspended for the month as Mayor Drew Dilkens said all available crews have been diverted to assist in cleaning up the mountains of trash generated by more than 6,000 flooded city basements.
