Former Detroit Lions quarterback Eric Hipple speaks during the Hope in the City luncheon hosted by The Salvation Army and Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) at Caboto Club on Monday. After losing his 15-year-old son to suicide in 2000, Hipple has devoted his life to building awareness and breaking down the stigma surrounding depressive illnesses.
