Selling hundreds of houses during his 48-year career, Realtor Tom Tomas can recall his first client as clearly as his current clients.
A professor at the University of Windsor was in need of a home and Tomas was eager to find the ideal place. After showing the would-be homebuyer several attractive properties, Tomas brought him to a truly magnificent house.

The professor put an offer on the house, which was accepted. Tomas was delighted to sell his first home and his client became the proud owner of a lovely place.
The satisfied feeling that Tomas got from that experience convinced him that a career in real estate sales was the right path for him.
