Ashley HomeStore Now Open in Windsor

After the morning ribbon cutting, the first 50 guests received $200 store gift cards; the next 50 were given $50 store gift cards. Through the furniture company’s ongoing Hope to Dream program, a portion of mattress sales helps fund free new mattresses, boxsprings and bed frames for children in need. The program was ramped up for the grand opening. “For every mattress we sold between July 21 and July 31, we will be donating a mattress to the local community.” says Goodsman. “The great news is we will be donating 120 mattresses!” She is personally delighted about the new location. Born and raised in Windsor, Goodsman was in her seventh year working in Alberta Ashley HomeStores when she learned a new store was coming to her hometown. “I’m thrilled to be back,” she says.
