Special thanks to RPNS Mandy and Jennifer and the dedicated PSWS and administrators on the 3rd Floor at The Villages of St. Clair Oldcastle residence for their compassion and tenderness during the final period of Dad’s life here on earth. If you so desire, donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, The Windsor Goodfellows or The Arts Council of Windsor. Sam will be remembered for his willingness to serve as a volunteer for many local charity groups, most notably, CLUB 240 and The Windsor Goodfellows and his determination to complete the daily crossword puzzle. Trust that Dad will now watch over all of us from his new and well deserved seat in ’God’s Press Box’ above. A private family funeral and burial has taken place and a celebration of Dad’s life will occur in the future.
