Ancestral culture, local cuisine, lodging, handicrafts, hiking and much more… These are some of the experiences you can enjoy around Panguipulli (in Chile’s Los Rios Region), where the community-based tourism cooperative Trawun is established. (Trawun means “meeting” in mapudungún, the Mapuche language)
In line with the widespread use of the internet when planning a trip, the cooperative developed an online platform (www.trawun.cl) that gives access to detailed information about each of the initiatives, as well as the possibility to choose between different community packages that allow visitors to live an experience among several family enterprises.
The tour packages have inspiring names such as “Breathe nature,” “Listen to Mapuche tales,” “Trawun Route – Mapuche Ancestral Knowledge,” “Trawun Circuit – Sensorial Experiences,” as well as a personalized option.
Cultura ancestral, gastronomía local, hospedaje, artesanía, senderismo y mucho más… Son algunas de las experiencias que podrá disfrutar en los alrededores de Panguipulli (en la Región de Los Ríos), donde funciona la cooperativa de turismo de base comunitaria Trawun (reunión en mapudungún).
A tono con el extendido uso de internet a la hora de planificar un viaje la cooperativa desarrolló una plataforma web (https://www.trawun.cl/) que permite acceder a información detallada de cada una de las iniciativas, además de poder optar a paquetes comunitarios que permiten vivir una experiencia desarrollada entre varios emprendimientos.
Los paquetes turísticos tienen nombres inspiradores como “Respirar la naturaleza”, “Escuchar los cuentos mapuche”, “Ruta Trawun – Conocimiento Ancestral Mapuche”, “Circuito Trawun – Vivencias Sensoriales”, además de una opción personalizada.
