Analysis of Impact Mechanism and Factors of Circulation Industry on New Type of Urbanization based on Dynamic Panel Data GMM

Abstract：Circulation industry has the closest relation with other industries during the process of new type of circulation； and this industry can provide more opportunities of employment，lead the transformation and upgrade of other industries，and has the close relation with citizens’consumption and daily- life. Urbanization can provide the development of circulation industry with better spatial basis；and circulation industry provides urbanization with guarantee. Such factors as the scale of circulation industry and circulation enterprises，per capita sales of circulation industry，and so on are the most important factors having impacts on new type of urbanization. The result of analysis on data of Jiangsu provinces from 2000 to 2014 shows that，though there are slight differences among South，Central and North Jiangsu，there is stable equilibrium relation between urbanization of the overall Jiangsu provinces and the thirty cities in this provinces；and there is not the problem of spurious regression. The government and enterprises should increase the scale of circulation industry，improve the competitiveness of circulation enterprises，give full play to the role of circulation industry in stimulating consumption，perfect the internal structure of this industry，and increase the investment in this industry.
