On the Docking between the Silk Road Economic Belt and the Eurasian Economic Union From the Angle of Unblocked Trade

Abstract˖Facing the increasingly active regional economyˈChina proposed the Belt and Road Initiative to positively cooperate with other countries and organizations along the Belt and Road takingĀopenness and inclusivenessˈcooperation and developmentāas the principleˈwhich is having significant impacts on global economic pattern. Members of Russian-led Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) are all the important node countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt˗and they have the closest economic and trade relation with Chinaˈand solid cooperation and mutual political trust basis. The realization of unblocked trade between the Silk Road Economic Belt and EAEU is not only the trade connectionˈbut also the strategic coordination˗the join forces will the indispensable force that can be used to maintain world trade order. Taking the core areas of the Silk Road Economic Belt as the supporting pointˈChina proposes taking EAEU as the important docking partnerˈwhich has greater strategic significance than economic benefit. Research on the docking between the Silk Road Economic Belt and the EAEU shows thatˈwe should enhance the competitiveness of related enterprisesˈstrengthen the selection and maintaining of talentsˈincrease central governmentÿs support to the core regions of the Belt and RoadˈtakeĀfive linksāas the implementation path and communication construction as the basis to realize the breakthrough of unblocked tradeˈand establish a new international trade pattern to promote the balanced development of regional and world trade and establish the new pattern of world trade.
