Explore the Construction of Green Logistic System in the Belt and Road Region and the Path of That

Abstract˖The Belt and Road region is the economic low-lying land in the world economic system˗the low logistic level is one of the weaknesses of that. In the international economic environmentˈthe logistic quality of most developed countries and regions is comparatively high. The existing level of transportation infrastructureˈcapacity for information processingˈand level of specialization in the Belt and Road region is not high enough to support the increasingly expanding regional economic exchanges˗ and overcoming the weaknesses and developing green logistics will be the inevitable choices for us. Fostering green logistic sourcesˈperfecting transportation infrastructure systemˈstrengthening the construction of international storagesˈoptimizing product processingˈand joint-building logistic information database will the basic condition for us to develop the green logistic system with low transaction cost. With the help of green logistic platformˈthe economic factors in the Belt and Road region will be integrated rapidlyˈthe effect of economies of scale and ecology will be gradually demonstratedˈand both the regional economic quantity and quality will be improved. The Belt and Road region should be designed from the top˗the consensus concerning the development of logistics should be achieved˗the logistic service standard of different economic entities should be unified˗the construction of logistic information system and the cultivation of logistic professionals should be strengthened˗and all these will be helpful for us to develop the green logistic system and give full play to the role of that.
